will more fully and at length appear: being part of the same tract
heretofore conveyed and set apart to said Dexter by Joshua A. Coffee,
by the consent and approbation of the said Fernando M. Arredonda
Junior, lying and being upon Hog Town Creek in the aforesaid
Alachua grant. And it was further ordered and adjudged that
execution should issue against the said mortaged property according
to law, and that, before the sale thereof, the surplus money, if any
there should be, after satisfying the said petitioner, the said sum of three
thousand two hundred and sixty-nine dollars and forty-six cents,
together with interest as aforesaid in this degree in this stated,
and the costs and charges aforesaid, be paid over to the said Abby Dexter
administratrix as aforesaid, and whereas, the said Thomas C. Ellis,
Sheriff as aforesaid, was party of the first part of these premises, in
pursuance of the above recited order and judgement, and the execution
aforesaid thereon, on the day and year first above written, sell at public
auction all and singular the said mortaged premises hertinafter
particularly described, having first given public notice of the time
and place of such sale, in accordance with the statute in such
case made and provided, at which sale all and singular the
mortgaged premises hereinafter particularly described were struck
off to the said George Herbert, party of the second part to these
premises, for the sum (of)sixteen dollars, that being the highest
sum bidden for the same. Now therefore this indenture
witnesseth that the said thomas C. Ellis, Sheriff as aforesaid
and party of the first part, to these presents, in order to
carry into effect the said sale, made in pursuance of the order and
judgement of the said court above recited, and of and under
the execution issued therein, and by virture of the Statute in such
case made and provided, and in consideration of the premises, and
of the said sum of sixteen dollars, paid at the time of the
exection hereof, by the said party of the second part, to the
said Thomas C. Ellis, Sheriff as aforesaid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargaines, sold, aliened,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, sell, alien, release, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever, all that
tract or parcel of land belonging to Horatio S. Dexter in the
Alachua grant by contract with Fernando M. Arrendonda
Junior as agent and attorney for Fernando M. Arredonda and
Son, containing one thousand six hundred and sixty six and
two thirds acres, that is today two theirs of two thousand
four hundred ninety nine and three fourths acres,
conveyed to said Horatio S. Dexter by the said Fernando M.
