Arredondoa Junior as aforesaid by deed bearing date the fifteenth
day of May One thousand Eight hundred and twenty four, will
more fully and at length appear, being part of the same tract
heretofore surveyed and set apart to said Dexter by Joshua A.
Coffee, by the consent and approbation of the said Fernando M.
Arredondo Junior, lying and being upon Hog Town Creek in
the aforesaid Alachua County grant, together with all and
singular the rights, members, priviledges, hereditaments and
appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold all and Singular the said premises
above mentioned and described, and hereby granted or conveyed
or intended to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use,
benefit, and behoof of the said party of the Second part, his heirs
and assigns, forever, as fully and absolutely as I, the said Thomas
C. Ellis, as Sheriff as aforesaid, and under the authority aforesaid,
might, could, or ought to sell and convey the same.
In witness whereof the Thomas C. Ellis Sheriff as aforesaid
hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year first
