Alachua County        Know all men by these presents that I
Moriah Floyd of Alachua County in said State for and in the
consideration of the natural love and Affection which I have and
do bear unto my daughter Florida Ann Floyd, of said State
and County, and for the love and Affection which I have for the
lawful heirs of her body, and for and in consideration of the Sum 
of one dollar to me in hand paid, at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, and by these presents, do freely give, grant,
and convey unto her (my Said Daughter Florida Ann Floyd, and 
the lawful heirs of he body, the following described property to wit,
one Negro woman Slave named Jane aged about Sixteen years and
ten cows and their calves, together with their future Issue and increase,
which Said property I do hereby warrant, and forever defend against
myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
     To have and to hold the above named and described property as aforesaid, and
I the Said Moriah Floyd, for myself, my heirs, Executors, administrators
and assigns, Shall and will warrant and forever defend the given
and granted property as aforesaid, against all and every other person
or persons whomsoever, unto her (my said Daughter Florida Ann
Floyd, and the lawful heirs of her body, and to their heirs and assigns
forever in fee Simple.
