State of Florida}   For value received I Charles L. Wilson
Alachua County  }   of the County and State aforesaid, assign
the whole of my right, title, and interest of, in, and to the assets
whether real or personal of the late firm of Charles L. Wilson
and T.G. Prevatt operating under the name and style of
T.G. Prevatt & Co. to T.G. Prevatt, his executers, administrators,
and assigns, to his and their own proper use and benefit
to have and hold all and singular the said assets, and
every of them by these presents unto the said T. G. Prevatt
his executors, administrators, and assigns forever; freely quietly
and peaceably and without any account to sue or to any
other whatsoever to be made, or hereafter to be
rendered, so that neither I the said Charles L. Wilson or any
other for me, or in my name ought to exact challenge, claim,
or demand at any time or times hereafter any right, title, interest
of in, to or for the assets whether real or personal of
the late firm of T. G. Prevatt & Co., or any part or parcel
thereof, but from all action, right, title, estate, claim,
demand, possession, and interest therein shall be wholy barred
and excluded by virtue of these presents.
