                       Be it known that on this day before me a
Commissioner appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida,
and duly qualified, to take the acknowledgments of Deeds in the City
of New York, to be used in the Stat said State of Florida, personally
appeared Eugene Van Ness and Charles W. Brush, who severally
acknowledged that they had executed the foregoing conveyance for
the purposes therein mentioned.
          And I certify that I am personally acquainted with
the parties making said acknowledgment, and know them
to be the individuals described in said Deed and who executed
the same.   In Testimony whereof I do hereunto set
            my hand, and affix my seal of office this 14th day
            of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
            hundred and fifty two.

  Whereas Moses E. Levy is one of the tenants in common in,
and with the proprietors of the Arredondo grant, was under and by
virtue of an order made by the Circuit Court for the Eastern
Judicial Circuit of Florida, Sitting in St Augustine St Johns
County, dated the fifteenth day of November one thousand eight
hundred and forth eight, entitled to bid at a sale of said Arredondo
grant held and made at Micanopy, beginning on the twenty first
day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty nine by virtue
of the order aforesaid under the direction of Georg M. Payne,
James Child and William A. Forward, Commissioners for said
Sale of said Arredondo Grant, and whereas the said Moses E. Levy
at the said sale, held under and by virtue of the authority aforesaid bid
off and become the purchaser of Section five in Township twelve
of Range nineteen, as designated and laid down upon the map or
plat of said Arredondo grant, which Section contains by estimation
Six hundred and thirty nine acres, and eighty hundredths of an acre,
Now be it known, that he said Moses E. Levy for and in consider=
=ation of the sum of two hundred and twenty three dollars, and ninety
three cents, in hand to him paid, by Joseph A. Everitt hath
granted, bargained, sold, transfered, and conveyed, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto him the
said Joseph A. Everitt the said above named and described tract of
or section of land, together with all and singular the rights, members,
and appurtenances thereof, to the same in any manner belonging
unto him the said Joseph A. Everitt, his heirs or assigns for ever,
And the said Moses E. Levy doth hereby covenant and agree, in
behalf of himself, his heirs Executors or administrators to warrant
