the foregoing conveyance for the purposes therein set forth.

State of Florida } This Indenture made and executed this
Alachua County   } 14th day of Novr in the year of our*
one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, Between Aaron
Higginbotham and Mary Higginbotham his wife, of the State
and County aforesaid, of the first part, and Daniel Morrison
of the second part, Witnesseth that the said Aaron Higginbotham
and Mary Higginbotham for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars, to them in hand paid by the said
Daniel Morrison, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and delivered and by
these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and deliver unto
the said Daniel Morrison, his heirs and assigns all the following
described lot or parcel of land, lying and being in the County
aforesaid, known as the South East Quarter Section
is excepted, in Township ten (10) South of Range twenty two east
To have and to hold the said before described premises,
together with the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging
to him the said Daniel Morrison his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple. And the Aaron Higginbotham and Mary
Higginbotham for themselves, their heirs, Executors and
Administrators, will for ever warrant and defend the rights
and titles thereunto against the claims of all persons what=
=soever. In testimony whereof, the said Aaron Higginbotham
and Mary Higginbotham have hereunto set their hands and 
seals this day and year above written.
