consideration above Stated, do hereby relinquish and renounce
all my Dower, and right of Dower in and to the lands mentioned in
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and I do declare that the Same
is made freely and voluntarily on my part, without compulsion,
apprehension, constraint, or fear of, or from my Said Husband

Muscogee County } Know all men by these presents that I
Samuel Boykin of the County of Alachua, State of Florida,
for and in consideration of the Sum of five dollars to me in
hand paid, at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, as well as for
the better Securing the payment of a certain promissory note which
the Said Samuel Boykin hath this day made and delivered to
Narcissa Boykin Executrix of the last Will and Testament
of Samuel Boykin Senior Deceased, of the County of Muscogee
State of Georgia, Said note bearing even date with these
presents, due one day after date, whereby the Said Samuel
Boykin promises to pay to the Said Narcissa Boykin Executrix
as aforesaid or order, the Sum of four thousand dollars for
value received, have bargained and Sold, and do hereby bargain
and Sell unto the Said Narcissa Boykin, Executrix as aforesaid,
the following Negro Slaves, to wit: Cuff a Negro man
about 32 years old, Henny a woman about 30 years old,
and her male Child, an infant, Ransom a boy about 17 years |
