number eleven (11) in Range twenty one (21) containing six hundred
and thirty one and fourteen one hundredths acres, also section number
two (2) in Township number eleven (11) in Range Twenty (21) containing
Six hundred and twenty and four one hundredths acres, also section
number twenty four (24) in Township number eleven (11) in Range
eighteen (18) containing six hundred and thirty seven and four one
hundredths acres, also section number eighteen (18) in Township number
eleven (11) in Range nineteen (19) containing six hundred and forty six
and eighty eight one hundredths acres, excepting from said last named
section number eighteen (18) in Township number eleven (11) in Range
nineteen (19) A certain tract or parcel of land, being the North west
quarter of the said section number eighteen, Township number eleven,
Range number nineteen, containing one hundred and sixty one, seventy
two one hundredths acres heretofore sold and conveyed to another
party by Deed bearing date on or about thirty first December A.D.
1852 the said section heretofore described being a part of the
land known as the Alachua Arredondo Grant, and will appear
by reference to the map and survey of said grant, made messrs Burr
Washington and Merry. To have and to hold the said tracts of
land, with all and singular, the rights members, and appurten
=nances thereof whatsoever, to the said tracts of land being belonging
or in anywise appertaining with the remainder and remainders, reversion
and reversions, rents, issues, and profits thereof, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of theirs the said Henry G. Marquand
his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns in fee simple,
and the said Aaron Peck his heirs Executors and administrators,
doth covenant with the said Henry G. Marquand, his heirs, Executors
and administrators, that he is lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted
premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that he hath
good right to sell and convey the same to the said Henry G. Marquand
as aforesaid: and that he will, and his heirs, Executors and administrators,
shall warrant and defend the same, and every part thereof, to the said
Henry G. Marquand, his heirs and assigns, for ever, against the lawful
demands, of all persons by virtue of these presents, Excepting as aforesaid
and the said Miranda Peck wife of the said Aaron Peck doth
make her self a party to this Deed for the purpose of relinquishing
her Dower in the premises, whereof in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to her paid, the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowl
=edge, she doth hereby release and relinquish to the said Henry G.
Marquand, his heirs and assigns forever, all her right and title
in Dower in the aforegranted premises.
  In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have
severally hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the
day and year first above written,
