premises in fee simple. Now this Indenture Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for divers good and lawful
considerations, and also, for and consideration of the sum of ten
dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
sold, aliened, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirm, unto
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for ever
in fee simple absolute, all that certain piece, parcel, or tract of
of land situated in the County of Alachua State of Florida 
known and described as section number twenty three (23) of Town=
=ship ten (10) in Range eighteen (18) of the Arredondo grant so
called, ** designated on the map of said grant made by
Messrs Burr and Washington in 1846 & containing six hun
=dred and forty acres of land more or less, Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances unto the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and 
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof; And also all the estate, right, title, interest, Dower, right
of Dower, property, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law
as in Equity, of the said parties of the first part, and of each
& every of them, of, in and to the same, and every part and parcel
thereof, To have and to hold the above mentioned and described premises
hereby granted and conveyed or intended so to be, with the appurte
=nances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
to his and their only proper use, benefit and behoof for ever. And
the said parties of the first part, do hereby each for himself and
himself only, and for his acts, and his acts only, and not for the acts of
the others, covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said party
of the second part, that the said parties of the first part, have
not, at any time, made, done, committed or caused, any act, matter, or
things, whatsoever, whereby, or by means whereof the said premises,
hereby granted and released as aforesaid, or any part thereof, are
or can in any wise be impeached or encumbered in title, charge, estate
or otherwise, And also, that the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, shall and may, at all times hereafter peaceably
and quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the above
granted, bargained and described premises, and every part
and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, and receive and take
the rents, issues and profits thereof, to and for his and their own
proper use and benefit, with any let, suit, hindrances, molestation
eviction, or denial, of, from or by the said parties of the first part,
their heirs or assigns, or of, from, or by any other person or persons
whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same any estate
right, title or interest of, in, or to the same, by, from ** under
them, or either of them.
  In witness whereof the parties to these present shave here
=unto interchangably set their hands and seals, the day and year
first.
