              Be it Known, to all whom the Same doth or may
concern, That I John Bissell, a Commissioner appointed by the
Governor of the State of Florida, and under the laws of
Said State with full power and authority to take acknowl=
=edgments, or proof of all Deeds or other instruments, in writing
depositions and other testimony, &c &c, in the State of New
York, to be used in Said State of Florida, duly commissioned by
Said Governor, and affirmed, and dwelling in the City of New
York Do certify, that on the days of the dates hereof before me
personally appeared the following named persons; to wit on the
20th January 1854, personally appeared Abraham A. Prall,
on the 25th January 1854 personally appeared Horatio G. Prall,
and Anna C. his wife, on the 26th January 1854 personally appeared
Henry Rutgers Prall and Lydia J. his wife, on the 28th day of
January 1854, personally appeared George W. Thompson and
Eliza A. his wife, Hellen S. Prall, and Ichabod Prall Signers
& partners of the annexed instrument all to me know to be the
Same persons therein described, and Severally acknowledged the
Same to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and the Said Anna C. Prall, Lydia J. Prall, and
Eliza Thereupon being by me privately examined, Separate and apart
from their respective Husbands, and the contents of said instru=
=ment made known to them, did and that they did freely and
voluntarily renounce all their Dower & right of Dower in
and to the lands and premises in Said Deed described without
any compulsion, restraint, apprehension or concern of their
Said Husbands respectively
   In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto Subscribed my name
and affixed my official Seal this twenty eighth day of January one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four
