of section twenty six township Eleven, south of Range twenty east
of the Arredondo grant laying in the village of Micanopy, to have
and to hold the above described and granted premises with all and
singular the rights improvements and appertinence there unto belonging
or in any wise appertaining. And the parties of the first part
do hereby covenant and agree with the party of the second part
that the are seized of fee of the above named premises and have good and 
lawfull title to the same and that they will and their executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said
party of the second part, against the lawfull claim of all persons
And in accordance with a decree of the Circuit Court this conveyance
is expressly made by the parties of the first part and executed by the
party of the second part, subject to the following conditions that is
to say that no drinking shop or other place for retailing ardent spirits shall
Ever be erected or kept on said premises or any part thereof and in a
case of a violation of this condition the premises on which said
shop or place for the sale of retail of ardent spirits shall
revert and return to the last vendor in witness whereof the
parties of the first part have here unto set their hands
and afixed their seals on the day and year first above
