                              Know all men by these presents that
I Elizabeth Love wife of Henry G. Marquand the granter within
named, in consideration of the Sum of one dollar to me in hand
paid by the grantee, do hereby relinquish and renounce all my
right, title, interest equity and Claim of Dower of, in and to
the within described premises, and every part and parcel thereof,
and do acknowledge that the Said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower is made freely and voluntarily without any constraint or
compulsion from my Said Husband.
     In testimony whereof I have hereto Signed and Sealed this
instrument, this 26th day of March 1855

                  I, Moses B. Maclay residing in the City of New York,
a Commissioner in Said State, to take Depositions, affidavits,
acknowledgments of Deeds, powers of Attorney, &c, &c, to be used or recorded
in the State of Florida, duly commissioned under the laws thereof, and
Qualified, Do Hereby Sertify and make known, that on this 26th day of
March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five,
before me personally appeared Henry G. Marquand & Elizabeth L.
Marquand his wife, known to me to be the individuals described in
& who executed the annexed conveyances, and Severally acknowledged that
they Signed Sealed & delivered the Same for the uses & purposes therein mentioned,
and the Said Elizabeth L. Marquand further acknowledged to me
in a private examination, Separate and apart from her Husband, that
She Signed Sealed and delivered Said conveyance freely, without any fear,
threats or compulsion of or from her Husband
                    In testimony whereof, I have hereunto Subscribed
