Know men by these presents that I Elizabeth Love Marquand
wife of Henry G. Marquand and of the City County and
State of New York for and in consideration of the sum
of ten Dollars to me in hand paid by A.G. Roberts of Alachua
County, Florida, for himself and all others in interest, do
hereby relinquish and renounce all right title, equity, claim
and interest of Dower of, in and to any and every of the follow=
=ing parcels of land and any part of the same, situate, lying
and being in the Counties of Alachua and Marion, in the
State of Florida, to wit; Section fifteen, twenty two, and twenty
seven, and thirty five, lying in Township nine Range
eighteen Sections two, three, ten, eleven, fifteen, twenty two,
twenty six, twenty seven, thirty six, and twenty three, lying
in Township ten Range eighteen, Sections twenty nine (29)
thirty, thirty one, thirty two, nineteen and thirty four lying
in Township ten Range nineteen Sections twenty seven,
twenty eight, and twenty nine, in Township nine Range nineteen
Sections one, twenty four, and thirty five, in Township Eleven
Range eighteen, Sections six, and eighteen, in Township eleven Range
nineteen, Sections twenty one, thirteen, one, two, in Township
eleven, Range twenty one, Section nineteen, Township nine
Range twenty two Section seven, Township eleven Range
twenty two Section two, Towns twelve, Range nineteen
Section twenty six, Township nine, Range eighteen, Section
fifteen, Township ten Range twenty one Section Twenty one
Township nine Range twenty one, Sections thirty and nineteen in
Town eleven, Range twenty two, section seven, Town twelve
Range twenty two and section twelve, Town twelve Range twenty one
and declare that I do hereby and henceforth relinquish and
renounce to the said A.G. Roberts, and to each and every person
who may have purchased, or who may hereafter purchase of
my said husband Henry G. Marquand, the said lands every
part or parcel thereof, all Dower and right of Dower and
do declare that such relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
is made freely and voluntarily without any compulsion
constraint or apprehension of, or from my said husband
  In witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal this
twenty sixth day of March in the year one thousand eight
hundred and fifty five.
