This Indenture made this 29th November A.D. 1854. Between
George R. Fairbanks of St. Johns County Florida, party of
the first part, and William B. Wimberly & Elizabeth his wife,
Oliver Bryant and Sarah and Margaret L. Townsend. Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of hundred Dollars to him in hand paid, doth hereby
grant, sell and convey and release and relinquish to the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns all that portion
of the North East Quarter of Section 28. T. 7. S & Range R 18 East
as is embraced within the lines of the Survey of the private Lots
land claim in the name of George Atkinson and which lies south
& East of a Branch known as Townsend Branch, together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits
thereof, And all the estate, right, title, interest, property poss
possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity
of the said party of the first part, of, in and to the same the above
described premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances
To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises
together with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns for ever. In witness whereof, the said party of
the first part hath hereunto set his hand & seal, the day & year first
above written.

Before the subscriber Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua
County Eastern Circuit of Florida, personally came Geo R. Fairbanks
the granter of the foregoing Indenture and to me well known and acknowledged
that he had executed the same for the purposes therein mentioned.

Know all men by these presents that I Lemuel Wilson of
Alachua County State of Florida, are held and firmly bound
unto George L. Brown of said County in the sum of Sixteen hundred
and fifty one and 96/100 Dollars to be paid to the said George L.
Brown, his certain attorney, Executors, administrators or assig
assigns for which payment well and truly to be made, I bind
myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and every of them
firmly by these presents, sealed with my seal, and dated the seventh
day of April A.D. One thousand eight hundred and fifty five.
The condition of this obligation is such that if the above
bounden Lemuel Wilson, his or either of his heirs, Executors or
administrators do and shall well and truly pay, or cause to be
paid unto the said George L. Brown, his executors or administrators
