acres situate in the County State of Florida, and known and
described in the land office at Newnansville Fla as the East
half of south west Quarter of section twelve, and the North East
of the North West Quarter, and the North West Quarter of the North
East Quarter of Section thirteen in Township eight of Range eighteen
East, also one other certain tract situate within County and State
aforesaid known as the South West Quarter of the the South East Quarter
of Section thirteen, Township eight. south of Range eighteen East
containing forty acres more or less, together all and singular
the hereditaments and appartenances thereunto belonging or
and anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, Issues and profits thereof and also all the
estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand after the said party
of the first part of, in and to the same, and every part and parcel
thereof. with the appurtenances, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said
hereby granted premises and property unto the said George L. Brown
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for ever,
provided alway, Nevertheless and these presents are upon this
express condition, That if said party of the first part, his
Executors and administrators, or any of of them shall well and truly
pay, or cause to be paid unto the said party of the second
part, his certain Attorney, Executors, Administrators, or assigns,
the Said sum of money mentioned in the condition of the said
Bond or writing obligatory, with the interest thereon, and at the
time therein mentioned, and according to the true intent and meaning
of the said Bond and the condition thereof, then as well this
present indenture as the estate herein conveyed, shall cease
and determine, and be null and void, Else to remain in full
force and virtue. In Witness whereof the said party of
the first part hath hereunto set his hand and seal this
