County of Alachua } This Indenture made on the twenty eighth
day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty four, Between John S. Livingston and Susan Livingston
his wife of the first part, and James J. Mixon of the second part
Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and twenty five dollars to them in hand paid at and before the
sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
=ledged. The said parties of the first part have given, granted
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do give, grant,
bargain sell and convey, unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, all that certain town lot or parcel of land
situate in the village of Micanopy and known and described as
follows to wit beginning at the North East corner of the certain
town lot conveyed by Deed to J.G. Polhill and bearing even date
