of the Said intended marriage to the use and benefit of the
Said Jane Penn, and after the Solemnization of the intended
Marriage Separate use and benefit of the Said Jane Penn, free
from the claims of any his present or future creditors & applying
the profits thereof to the Sole and Separate Support and main=
=tainance of the Said Jane, and the issue of the marriage during
the coverture, with the advice and consent of her Husband, the
Said Edwin H. Jordan, and in the event of the Said Janes dying
during the life of the Said Edwin H. Jordan having issue, he
Shall thence forward hold the Said Estate or So much thereof
as had not been disposed of as aforesaid, to the use and benefit
of the issue of the marriage, and if She dies without issue
living at the time of her death, the Same Shall go to the
Said Edwin H. Jordan. If the Said Edwin H. Jordan Shall
die first having issue of the marriage, the said trust,
Estate or what may remain undisposed of as aforesaid, it then
to be divided in to two Equal parts and one moity thereof
transfered and conveyed to the Said Jane to be her absolute
estate, and the other moity to their issue to be their absolute
estate. And in the event of the death of the Said Edwin H.
Jordan, before the Said Jane having no issue of the marriage,
the trust estate, or what may remain undisposed of as
aforesaid Shall thereupon become the absolute Estate of
of her the Said Jane. And the Said Edwin H. Jordan
hereby covenants and agrees to and with the Said Edmond
Penn, the Father Father, and the Said Jane, the
Daughter, Jointly and separately that he will notwith=
=Standing the marriage faithfully perform all the duties
hereby imposed upon him as trustee, and permit the Said
Jane and the issue of the Marriage, to have the benefit
of her estate as herein before provided, free from
the claims of any and all of his present or future
crediters, and that he will, if need be, when thereto reason=
=ably requested make and execute any Such further conveyances
or assurances as may necessary fully to Secure and protect
for the uses and purposes herein before declared, all the estate
of every Kind and description of which the Said Jane is
now possessed, or to which She is entitled, as also like
conveyances and assurances of all Such property or
estate as may hereafter come to the Said Jane by inheri=
=tance or devise, bequest or donation, or under the acts
of distribution to be held by the Said trustee for the uses
and purposes herein before Set forth.
