of Franklin and State aforesaid, do hereby certify that Wm E.
Taylor whose name and Signature appears to the foregoing certi=
=cate, is, and was at the time the Same was Signed the Clerk of the
County Court of Said County of Franklin, and State of Tennessee,
and was duly Elected and qualified as Such Clerk and that A.
Hancock whose name and Signature appears to the within &
foregoing certificate, is and was at the time of signing the Same,
Said Wm E. Taylor Sworn Deputy Clerk, and that their certificates
Signatures and the Seal of the County Court thereto Impressed
are genuine and due form of law, and full faith and credit is due
and Should be to all their official acts as Clerk and Deputy Clerk
of Said County Court.

        Seal of office at Winchester this the 4th day of May

             This Indenture made the third day of July in
          {  the year of our LOrd one thousand eight hundred and
          {  fifty two,  Between George R. Fairbanks of St. Johns
          {  County Florida  party of the first part, and James G.
          {  Dell of Alachua County  Florida, of the Second
          {  part, Witnesseth: that the Said party of the first
          {  part, in consideration of the Sum of Seven Hundred
          {  Dollars to him duly paid before the delivery hereof, hath
             bargained and Sold and by these presents doth grant
             and convey to the Said party of the Second part and
             to his heirs and assigns forever, all those certain pieces or
             parcels of land & allowing, that is to say the North
             East Quarter of Section thirty three, and the North East
             Quarter of the South East Quarter of the same Section in
             Township Seven S & Range eighteen East, and also the west
             half of the Southwest Quarter of Section thirtyfour 34.
