34. T.7. R.19. as may be found to be included in the line of
the Atkinsen grant now estimated at one hundred three
acres, also so much of the West half of the South West
Quarter of Section twenty Seven, T.7. R.18, as may be found
included in the lines of Said grant now estimated at 22 acres,
also the South West Quarter of Section No. 28 T.7. R.18, containing
by estimate one hundred and fifty Six acres, all of which above
described lands are Supposed to be within the private Survey of
Clark to the heirs of Clark & Atkinson recently made
by M.A. Williams Deputy Surveyor and containing in the aggregate
about five hundred and Sixty acres, with the appurtenances, and all
the estate,  title and interest, of the Said party of the first part
therein.  And the Said party of the first part doth hereby
Covenant and agree with the Said party of the Second part,
that at the time of the delivery hereof, the Said party of the
first part, is the lawful owner of the premises above granted,
and Seized thereof in fee Simple, absolute, and thathe will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the Said party of the Second part.
and his heirs and assigns for ever.
       In Witness Whereof, the Said party of the first part
hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year first

=edged that he has executed the within conveyance for the purposes

     Thereas there exists in the foregoing Deed an error in 
the description of a portion of the lands therein described
by which the South West Quarter of Section No. 28, of Township
Seven, Range 18, S. & E. is conveyed in lieu of the South East Quarter
of Said Section 28. Township & Range aforesaid. Now therefore
this Indenture made and executed this thirteenth day of March
A. D. 1855, Between that Said George R. Fairbanks and the said
James G. Dell. Witnesseth, that in consideration of the premises,
the Said George R. Fairbanks doth now grant and convey unto
the Said James G. Dell the South Quarter of Section
twenty eight, of Township Seven, of Range eighteen,
So intended to be conveyed by this Indenture heretofore
written, and the Said James G. Dell doth hereby release
grant and convey to the Said George R. Fairbanks, the
South West Quarter of Said Section 28 T.7. R. 18. S. & E.
