Alachua County     } This Indenture made the Second day
{of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
{hundred and fifty five, and in the Seventy ninth year
{of the Independence of the Untited States of America.
{Between Reuben S. Stoughton of the Town of Micanopy
{of the one part, and Benjamin W. Powell of the Said town
{of the other part  Witnesseth that the Said Reuben S. Stoughton
{for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and Sixteen
 dollars & 07 cents to him in hand paid at and before the
 Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
 hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened,
 Conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant
 bargain, Sell, alien convey and confirm, unto the Said
 Benjamin W. Powell, ** his heirs and assigns Messuage
 being & Situated in the Town of Micanopy & State aforesaid,
 Commencing at the South West corner of the Town lot
 own by G. R. Gairbanks & the late Moses E. Levy, and running
 North two hundred & ten feet, with the Western line of
 Said lot, then running West ninety Seven and 1/2 feet, * same
 thence South two hundred and ten feet, to the line of
 Newnansville Street, from thence East ninety Seven
 and 1/2 feet with said Street line to the beginning.
    And the Said granter hereby conveys the Same, and
 the Said Benjamin W. Powell receives the Same on the
 following Conditions, Viz  The Said grantee and his 
 assigns in perputuity, Shall not vend upon Said premises
