any ardent Spirits no quantities less than one quart, and
they agree that on the forfeiture of said conditions, said
premises shall revert to the said grantor and his heirs
To have and to hold the said premises with all and singular
the rights, members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever,
to the said premises (subject to the condition herein above
written) being belonging or in any wise appertaining
with the remainder and remainders, reversion and reversions
rents, issues and profits thereof to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of him the said B.W. Powell, his heirs Executors,
and administrators; and assigns, in fee simple, upon the condi=
=tion aforesaid, and the said granter, his heirs Executors and
administrators, do covenant with the said B.W. Powell and
his heirs, Executors and administrators, that he is lawfully seized
in fee of the aforegranted premises, that they are free from all
incumbrances, that he hath good right to sell and convey the
same to the said B.W. Powell as aforesaid, and that he
will and his heirs, Executors and administrators, shall warrant
and defend the same, and every part thereof to the same said B.W.
Powell, and his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful demands
of all persons, by virtue of these presents, Subject to the above
conditions. In Witness whereof the said parties have severally
hereunto set their hands, and affixed their seals the day and year
first written.
