members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said
premises (subject to the condition herein above written) being
belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder
and remainders, reversion and reversions, rents, issues and
profits thereof, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him
the said John T. McIntosh, his heirs Executors and
administrators and assigns, in fee simple upon the conditions
aforesaid, and said Grantor, his heirs executors and administrators
do covenant with the said John T. McIntosh, and his
heirs Executors and administrators that he is lawfully seized
in fee of the aforegranted premises, that they are free from
all incumbrances, that he hath good right to sell and
convey the same to the said John T. McIntosh as aforesaid
and that he will, his heirs, Executors and administrators,
shall warrant and defend the same; and every part thereof
to the said John T. McIntosh and his heirs and assigns
forever, against the lawful demands of all persons by
virtue of these presents, subject to the above condition.

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I
Elizabeth Stoughton, of the Town of Micanopy and State
aforesaid, do hereby relinquish my right of Dower in the
certain parcel of land conveyed by the foregoing Indenture by
R.S. Stoughton to John T. McIntosh.
