named purposes, and that himself and Mary Hawkins
Subscribed to the Same as witnesses this 16th day of April 1855

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Be it known to all whom this may
concern, that I Maria Sourbray of the first part, and
Sarah Hague of the Second part, all of the County and
State aforesaid, Witnesseth, that the Said Maria Sourbray
for and in consideration of the natural affection which
the Said Maria Sourbray has for her Daughter the Said
Sarah Hague, formerly Sarah Lipsey, and also the further
consideration of the Sum of five dollars to her in hand
paid, at or before the delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, that the Said party of the
first part, hath given, granted bargained and Sold, and
by these presents do give, grant, bargain and sell unto
the Said Sarah Hague a certain Stock of Cattle containing
fifty head more or less, marked in one ear with upper Slope
crop and Split and in the other under Slope crop and Split
Branded with JH. To have and to hold the Said bargained
property to her own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
And it is on these conditions, that the Said Maria Sourbray
Shall have the benefit of the Said bargained property during
her natural life the Same as if this transfer had not been
made, But immediately after the death of the Said Maria
Sourbray to be the property of the Said Sarah Hague.
And I do for my part, my heirs, Executors, administrators
and assign, agree to warrant and defend the Sale of the Said
property hereby Sold, forever against all and every person
whomsoever, In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and Seal, this the 19th day of December
one thousand eight hundred and fifty four.

Alachua County   } Court of in and for the County of Alachua
Eastern Circuit of Florida, personally came Maria Sourbray to me
well known and acknowledged that she had executed the foregoing
instrument of writing for the purpose therein mentioned
