the appurtenances, and all the estate, title and
interest, of the parties of the first part therein, or to,
the Same in any wise appertaining, or belonging, unto the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns in fee
Simple forever, And the Said parties of the first part,
doth hereby covenant and agree with the Said party of the
Second part, that at the time of the delivery of these
presents, the said parties is the lawful owners of the
premises above granted, that they are Seized thereof in
fee Simple, absolute, And that they will, and their heirs,
Executors, and Administrators, Shall warrant and defend
the aforegranted premises, in the quiet and peaceable
of the party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
