Know all men by these presents that I Delphia 
Hart, wife of the within named Daniel C. Hart, do
hereby relinquish my right of Dower in the certain
plantation or parcel of land conveyed by the foregoing
Indenture to Horace Merry & George B. Payne

This Deed made the eighth day of September one thousand
eight hundred and fifty four, Between John Beard executor
and L.H. Drysdale Executrix of the last Will of John Drysdale
late of St Augtine Augustine Deceased, party of the first
part and William B. Hart of the County of Alachua
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of two hundred & four dollars, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, have
granted and sold, and by these presents do grant sell and
convey, unto the said party of the second part, all that tract
of land lying in said County, & in the Arredondo Grant 
described and known as Section Nine, in Township Ten, Range
Twenty, South & East To have and to hold the said
tract of land to the said party of the second part, his
heirs & assigns forever. And the said party of the first
part do covenant to defend the said tract of land to the
said party of the second part, his heirs & assigns against all
persons claiming or claim by, through or under themselves
or their Testater.
