of the above granted premises and that they are seized thereof
in fee Simple and that they will warrant and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever.

of the peace in and for the Said County, personally came
Mary C. Wilson, the wife of the above mentioned Charles L. Wilson
and being privately and Separately examined from her Husband
apart by me, She Says that she did freely, voluntarily, and without
any compulsion on her part without any dread or fear of any person
whomsoever, renounce, release, and forever relinquish unto the
above named James C. Standly, his heirs and assigns, all
her interest and estate, and all her rights and claim of Dower
to all and Singular the premises above described.
