Know all men by these presents that we Archalaus Hague
and Martha Hague my wife of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Four
hundred dollars to us in hand paid by W.M. Kennady of the
said County and State at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised
released and confirmed and do by these presents grant, bar=
gain, sell, convey alien remise release and confirm unto the
said W.M. Kennedy these certain tracts or parcels of land
lying being and situate in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and described in the United States survey
as follows The North West quarter of North West quarter
and south east quarter of North West quarter of Section
number six (6) in Township number seven (7) south of
Range number Nineteen East, containing 80 acres with all
the appertainances and all the right title, interest, claim and
demand of us or either of us in the premises to have and to hold
the same with the appurtenances unto the said W.M. Kennedy
and his heirs in fee simple forever and we the said Archalaus
Hague and Martha Hague Do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said W.M. Kennady and his heirs and
assigns that we are now owners of the said premises and are
seized of a good indefeasable estate of inheritance therein
and that we have full right and power to sell and convey
the same in fee simple absolute that the said premises
are free and clear of all incumbrances, that the said
W.M. Kennady and his heirs and assigns may forever
hereafter have, hold, possess, and enjoy the same without
any suit, molestation or interruption by any person lawfully
claiming any right therein and that we the said Archalaus
Hague and Martha Hague my wife and all other
persons hereafter at the request and expense of the said
W.M. Kennady his heirs or assigns make all such further
assurances for the more affectual conveying of the said
premises, with the appurtenances as may be reasonably required
by him or them, and that we the said Archalaus Hague and
Martha Hague my wife will warrant and defend the
said premises with the appurtenances unto the said W.M.
Kennady his heirs and assigns forever

hands and seals this the 14th day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five
