Alachua County } Personally appeared before me Robt Youngblood
} Justice of the peace within and for the County
and State aforesaid Mrs Martha Hague to me well known
to be one of the parties who executed the foregoing Deed the con=
=veyance of real estate and she being by me examined
separate and apart from her husband acknowledged and
declared that she had executed said Deed freely and voluntarily
on her part and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

Know all men by these presents that I John C. Hague
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in
consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars to me in
hand paid by W.M. Kennady of the said County and State
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
conveyed, aliened, remised, released and confirmed and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release
and confirm unto the said W.M. Kennady these certain tracts
or parcels of land lying, being and situate in the County
and State aforesaid and described on the United State's
survey as follows to wit The North half of the south west
quarter and the south west quarter of the North west quarter
of Section number six (6) in Township Number seven (7)
south of Range Nineteen (19) east containing one hundred
and twenty acres more or less with all the appurtenances and
all the rights, title interest, claim and demand of me in the
premises to have and to hold the same with the appurtenances
unto the said W.M. Kennady and his heirs in fee simple
forever And I the said John C. Hague do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said W.M. Kennady and
his heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the said
premises and am seized of a good and indefeasable estate
of inheritance therein, And that I have full right and power
to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute that
the said premises are free and clear of all incumbrances
that the said W.M. Kennady and his heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have, hold, possess and enjoy the same
without any suit, molestation or interruption by any person
lawfully claiming any right therein And that I the said
John C. Hague and all persons hereafter claiming under me
will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the
said W.M. Kennady his heirs or assigns make all such further |
