eight hundred and fifty four, Between Benjamin T. Rives
and Elizabeth M. Rives his wife, of the first part, and
William A. Conerly of the second part, Witnesseth, that
for and in consideration of the sum of thirty five hundred
dollars, to them in hand paid, at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged the said parties of the first, have given, granted,
