Know all men by these presents, that I Susannah Pearce
wife of the within mentioned William Pearce do hereby
relinquish my right of Dower in the certain parcel of land
conveyed by the foregoing Indenture to William P. Hooker
  In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand

that the foregoing relinquishment of Dower was made by me
freely and voluntarily, without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension, or fear of, or from my said Husband

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Tillman Ingram of the County & State aforesaid for and
in consideration of six thousand four hundred dollars to me
in hand paid have bargained and sold unto John E. A. Peay
Peay & Dr D.K. June of the State of South Carolina
Fairfield District, all that tract or parcel of land situate
within the Arredondo Grant, County & State aforesaid
known in the plan of survey of said grant made by Burr
& Washington as section twelve (12) Township ten (10) Range
(19) nineteen, containing six hundred & forty acres more or
less & I do hereby bargain sell, release, deliver & convey unto
the said John E. Peay & Dr D.K. June all my right, title
& interest in the above described lands, together with all the
rights, members, hereditaments & appurtenances incident thereto
or in any wise appertaining, & bind my self, my heirs, Executors
Administrators or assigns, to warrant and forever defend unto
the said Peay & June, their heirs, Executors, Administrators
& assigns the above described land against all persons
lawfully claiming the same.   In testimony whereof
