  Know all men by these presents that T.A.L. Ingram
wife of Tillman Ingram for a valuable consideration & for the
Sum of one dollar to me well & truly paid at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby relinquish and renounce all
my Dower and right of Dower in and to a certain lot, tract,
or parcel of land and premises Situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
and known as Section 13, Range 19, Township 10 on a
map of the Arredondo Grant, and I do hereby declare
that I relinquish my right of Dower to the above described
land and premises freely and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of, or from my
Said Husband the Said Tillman Ingram,
   In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and affixed my Seal this 1st day of August A.D. 1855

A.D. 1855 Before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County personally came and appeared
T.A.L. Ingram to me known to be the wife of Tillman
Ingram Esqr who being duly examined acknowledged and declared
that she signed Sealed and delivered the within renunciation of
Dower freely and voluntarily and without any fear,
or compulsion of, or from her Husband the said
Tillman Ingram Esquire.
     In Witness Whereof I hereunto Set my hand
and affix my seal this (1st) first day of August A.D. 1855
