at Columbia for three thousand two hundred dollars
confession given in August or Sept 1854, and a note due
the Bank of the State Charleston for about five thousand
dollars date not precisely recollected also a note and Christian
Entzminger for ten thousand dollars and transferred by
will to Dr. Samuel Beakhart dated in Sept 1852,
and a note given Adams & Frost for eight thousand
dollars dated in Februa or march 1855, and Such Sum
or Sums as the said Daniel Scott and Daniel D. Fenly
may hereafter become bound for the payment of or
Endorsers or otherwise for Said George Leitner then the
above bill of Sale and every article and thing therein
contained Shall cease and be utterly void, or else
remain in full force and virtue, this the 9th of
August 1855

of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of Florida,
personally came George Leitner and acknowledged that
he had executed the foregoing instrument of writing
for the purposes therein mentioned

County of Alachua }  This Indenture made and entered into
this the (6) Sixth day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and fifty four, Between George
W. Sanchez and James C. Standly, both of the County
and State aforesaid, Witnesseth that the Said George
W. Sanchez for and in consideration of the Sum of three
thousand five hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath granted bargained, Sold and conveyed unto the Said
James C. Standly, all that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid, known in the
plan of Survey or bounded as follows beginning at on
the North boundary of the Arredondo grant at a
point North 85 East 36, 39 Chs from the place
where the western boundary of the Fernandez grant
intersects the North Cor of the Arredondo grant Set
post of Red oak, and thence N. 16. 25 W, 43 chains,
thence N 23, 10 W, 4.60 Chs more or less, to Hickory
post on the western Cor of Fernandez grant 52 93
