thereof, and in case of a violation of this condition the premises
upon which the Same are held, and the conveyance of any portion of
the premises which Shall be so used, Shall be null and Shall
be forfeited to the last vendor.

  Know all men by these presents that I Catharine G. Payne
wife of the aforesaid George B. Payne, and one of the parties
to the foregoing Indenture, do hereby relinquish my right of
Dower in the certain parcel or lot of land conveyed by the
foregoing Indenture to James A. Stewart.
