bargained, sold, and conveyed, and do by these presents, So give, grant
bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, all those two certain parcels of land, known
and described as follows, to wit; Section thirty of Township nine
of Range Twenty one, containing Six hundred and thirty seven acres
and eight one hundredths of one acre, and also Section thirty two
of the same Township and Range, they being the same parcels
of land conveyed by Moses E. Levy and others to John R. Sanders
in fee simple by Deed of conveyance, dated the twenty second day
of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty four
and recorded in the Clerks office at Newnansville in Alachua
County in Book C of Deeds, on pages 386 & 387 and after
=wards conveyed by the said John R. Sanders by Deed in fee simple
to Benjamin T. Rives said parcels of land being situate within
the Arredondo Survey in Alachua County and the State afore-
=said, To have and to hold the above mentioned and described
parcels of land, with all and singular the buildings improve=
=ments, rights and appurtenances, to the same belonging, or in
any wise appertaining, unto the said party of the second part
his heirs, Executors, and administrators and assigns, absolutely
and in fee simple for ever, to his and to their only proper
use and behoof, and the said parties of the first part, for them
selves, their heirs, Executors and administrators, covenant and
agree with the said party of the second part, his heirs Executors
administrators, and assigns; that they are Seized in fee of the afore
=granted premises, that they are free from all encumbrances that
they have good right to sell and convey the same to the said party
of the second part, and that they will, and their heirs, Executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same unto the 
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for ever,
against the lawful claim and demand of all persons,
  In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals on the day
and year first above written.

    I hereby acknowledge that I sign the foregoing instrument
of writing, and thereby relinquished my right of Dower in
the lands thereby conveyed, freely and voluntarily, and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear of or
from my Husband Benjamin T. Rives.
