Know all men by these presents that I Mary E. Kennard
the wife of James Kennard the Grantor of the foregoing
Deed, for and in consideration of the premises, in Said deed
recited, and in further consideration of the Sum of five dollars
to me in hand paid by Samuel B. McLin, at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, do hereby renounce,
release, relinquish and forever quit claim unto the
Samuel B. McLin, and to his heirs and assigns, all
my right, claim and Equity of Dower in and to the
premises, by Said deed conveyed, as fully and absolutely,
as I might or could do the Same.

Personally appeared before the
Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for Said County
Mary E. Kennard to me well known to be the person who
executed the above relinquishment of Dower, and She being
by me examined Separate and apart from her Husband,
declared that She had executed the Same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension,
or fear of or from her Said Husband.

of Alachua County, Eastern Circuit of Florida, personally
came James Kennard to me well known, and acknowledged
that he had executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the
