                   Know all men by these presents, that
I George W. Kilter, in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, in consideration of five hundred dollars
to me in hand paid by Leander Ayers, in the County
and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said
Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel
of land, with the buildings thereon, and all the privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging, situated in said
County, and bounded and described as follows, Lots No Seven
and eight, Section No 9 in Township 9, South of Range
22 East, also lots No (1 & 2) one & two of the North East
Quarter of Section 9, Township (9) nine, south of Range
twenty two, containing 149 acres, and 40/100 of an acre,
To have and to hold the above granted premises, to the
said Leander Ayers and his heirs and assigns, to his and their
use and behoof forever. And I the said George Kitler for
myself, my heirs, Executors, and administrators, do covenant
with the said Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns, that
I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the foregranted
premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that
I have good right to sell and convey the same to the
said Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns forever,
as aforesaid, and that I will, my heirs Executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the 
same, to the said Leander Ayers his heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this 14th day of December A.D. 1854

Justice of the peace in and for the said County
personally came George W. Kitler to me well known
and acknowledged that he executed the foregoing deed
for the purposes therein mentioned.

and seal, this 14th day of December A.D. 1855
