State of Florida } Known all men by these presents
Alachua County   } That I J.M. Kitler in the County
and State aforesaid in consideration of five hundred dollars
paid to me by Leander Ayers in the County and State
aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel
of land, with the buildings thereon, and all the privileges 
and appurtenances to the same belonging situate in said
County and bounded and described as follows Lots No
three and seven (3 & 7) of Section twenty nine, in Township
eight (8) South of Range twenty two East, containing
100 10/100. To have and to hold the above granted prem=
=ises to the said Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns, to his
and their use and behoof forever. And I the said J.M.
Kitler for my self, my heirs, Executors and administrators
do covenant with the said Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforegranted
premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that
I have good right to sell and convey the same to the
said Leander Ayers, his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid
and that I will, and my heirs, Executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the said Leander
Ayers, his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal, this 14th day of December A.D. 1854

Alachua County   } Before Wily Hicks a Justice of the peace
in and for the said County, personally came J.M. Kitler to
me well known, and acknowledged that he executed the
foregoing Deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 14th day of December A.D. 1855
