                  This Indenture made and entered into
this 4th day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty five, between Lemuel
Wilson administrator of the Estate of Henry C. Wilson decd
late of Alachua County Florida, of the first part, and
Sarah Ann Smith of the Same place of the Second part,
Witnesseth, That that the Said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred and fifty
Six dollars to him in hand paid by the party of the Second part,
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, granted,
Sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell
and convey, unto the Said party of the Second part, and to
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract or parcel of
land, Situate in the Town of Newnansville Fla, and known on
the plat of Said Town as the North half of lots Number one,
two, and three (1,2,3) of Block No four (4) of Range No (1)
together with all and Singular the tenements, buildings, improve=
=ments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, including more
particularly a certain Black Smith Shop on Said premises, with
all the tools and unwrought iron thereunto belonging, or
in anywise appertaining, And I the Said party of the
first part, as administrator of the beforementioned estate, do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the Said party of the Second
part to warrant and defend her, her heirs, Executors adminis=
=trators and assigns, in the peaceable quiet quiet and peaceful
possession of the aforegranted premises, against all persons
whatsoever,  In witness whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and Seal, this the 4th day of April A.D. 1855

Circuit Court of Alachua County Eastern Circuit
of Florida, personally came Lemuel Wilson administrator
of H.C. Wilson decd, and acknowledged that he had executed
the foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purposes therein specified
April 5th 1855
