    Know all men by these presents that I John G.
Rawls of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to
me in hand paid by Swepson Whitehead of said County
and State at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and confirmed,
and do by these presents, grant, bargain sell, convey,
alien, remise, release and confirm, unto the said Swepson
Whitehead, the following described lot of land, lying
and situate in the County of Columbia & State aforesaid
(viz) The West half (W1/2) of the South East quarter (SE1/4)
of Section number twelve (No 12) in Township number two
(No 2) Range number fourteen East (14 E) containing eighty
acres more or less, with all the appurtenances, right, title
interest, and demand of me the said John G. Rawls in and
to the premises. To have and to hold the same with the
appurtenances unto the said Swepson Whitehead, his heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple. And I the said John
G. Rawls for myself, and my heirs, Executors and adminis=
=trators, do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Swepson Whitehead, that I am now the owner of the
said premises, and that I am seized of a good and indefeasible
estate of inheritance therein, and that I have full right
and power to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute
that the said premises are free from all incumbrances,
that the said Swepson Whitehead, and his heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have, hold, occupy, possess and
enjoy, without any suit, molestation, trouble or eviction
by any person whatever lawfully claiming any right therein,
And that I the said John G. Rawls, and all persons hereafter
claiming under me, will at any time hereafter at the request
and expense of Swepson Whitehead, his heirs or assigns make
all such further and other assurances for the more effectual
conveying of the said premises, with the appurtenances as may
be required by him or them, And I the said John G. Rawls
will, and my heirs, Executors and administrators, shall warrant
and forever defend to the said Swepson Whitehead, heirs and
assigns, the right and title to the premises hereby granted
against the claim or claims of all persons whatsoever,

R. Rawls the wife of John G. Rawls the grantor of
the foregoing Deed, for and in consideration of the premises
in said Deed recited and in further consideration of the sum
of five dollars to me in hand paid at and before the
