that I Leander Ayers of the County and State aforesaid
party of the first part, and Ezekiel Parrish
of the Second part of the Same County and State,
Witnesseth that the party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the Sum of five
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States
paid to me by the Said party of the Second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted,
bargained, Sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
