to wit lots No three and Seven (3 & 7 of Section twenty nine
in Township eight (8) South of Range twenty two east
containing one hundred acres and one hundredth of an acre,
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the Said
party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, to his and
their use and behoof forever, And I the Said Leander
Ayers, for my self, my heirs, Executors and Administrators, do
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully Seized in fee
Simple of the aforegranted premises, that I have good
right to sell and convey the Same in manner aforesaid, to
the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, And
that I will and my heirs Executors and administrators, Shall
warrant, and by these presents forever defend the Same to
the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whomsoever.
     In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my
hand and seal this 6th day of November A.D. 1855.

 Know all men by these presents that I Mary Ayers wife
of Leander Ayers the grantor of the foregoing Deed, for and
in consideration of the premises in Said Deed recited, do hereby
renounce, relinquish, and forever quit claim unto Ezekiel
Parrish all my Dower and right of Dower, in and to the
lands in Said Deed mentioned, and I do declare that the
above renunciation and relinquishment was made freely and
voluntarily on my part, without any compulsion, apprehend=
-Sion, or fear of, or from my said Husband Leander Ayers.
   In Witness whereof, I hereunto Set my hand and seal
this 6th day of November A.D. 1855.

peace in and for Said County, personally came Mary
Ayers, and she being by me examined separate and apart
from her Husband, acknowledged and declared that She executed
the foregoing relinquishment of Dower freely and voluntarily
on her part  Witness my hand and seal this
