and utterly determine, but if default Shall be made
in the payment of the Said Sums of money or the interest,
or of any part thereof, at the time herein before Specified
for the payment thereof, the Said party of the first part
in such case, doth hereby authorise and fully empower
the Said party of the Second part, his heirs, Executors,
administrators, and assigns, to Sell the hereby granted
premises, and convey the Same to the purchaser, in
fee Simple, and out of the money arising from Said Sale
to retain the principle and interest which Shall
then be due on the Said notes, together with the costs and
charges, and pay the Surplus (if any) to the Said party
of the first part, his Executors, administrators or assigns

Before the Subscriber Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of Florida personally
came Henry Bradford, one of the Subscribing witnesses
to the foregoing instrument of writing who being duly
Sworn, Says that he Saw William Spires Sign, Seal
and deliver the Same for the purposes therein mentioned,
and that he Signed the Same as a witness.

Inventory of the Separate property of Mrs Nancy R. Lewis
wife of John Lewis of Alachua County and State of Florida,
To wit, one mare called Fashion 11 years old, one Negro man
named Robert 22 years old, A woman named Mary Ann 30
years old, and Adaline 10 years old, James 8 years old, Lord 6
years old, and one Infant named Isea, A woman named Eady
20 years old,
  The Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County will
please record the above inventory & oblige.
