Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection which I Henry Grdock have and bear for my
wife Mary M. Grdock as well as for the purposes
making a suitable provision for the support and main-
tenance of my said wife have given granted, bargained
sold and conveyed & by these presents do so give bargain
sell and convey unto my said wife her heirs and assigns
the following mentioned and described property, Viz,
Nine hundred and Twenty two acres of land more or 
less situate in Alachua County and State aforesaid &
known and described as follows, To wit That parcel of
land lying in section twenty five in Township ten of range
twenty one commencing two chains East of the Half mile
Stake and running north to the northern boundary line,
all that land in said section lying west of said
line & containing Three hundred and thirty five acres being
the land hereby conveyed, Also Section Thirty six of
Township Ten of Range Twenty one containing Six hundred
and thirty seven & Sixty eight hundredths of an acre,
Also the following Negro Slaves, to wit, Briller about
thirty five years old, Mary about twenty eight, Ed about
twenty five, Daniel about twenty, Sophy about twenty one
Shack about twenty five, Jeff about eighteen Ann about
ten, Harriat about nine, George about three, Wilson about
one year old, and Charles an infant born in January
last. Also four horses & two mules, one wagon & one
buggy together with all and singular my household &
kitchen furniture, and all and singular the plantation
& farming utensils together with five hundred bushels of
corn & about ten thousand pounds of hay & fodder and
all the cotton on the plantation whether picked or un-
picked. Also ten head of cattle branded H.G. and marked
with a smooth crop and two splits in the right ears, Also
fifty hogs of the same mark, Also the Gin head on said plant-
ation and each & every article of value on said plantation
of which I am lawfully possessed, To have and to hold
all and singular the property above mentioned & described
unto my said wife her heirs & assigns forever in fee simple
together with the buildings out buildings improvements, &
appurtenances to the said plantation belonging or in any
way appertaining and the issue & future increase of the
female portion of the slaves above named and described &
also the increase of the cattle hogs &c above described.
The said property herein conveyed to my said wife I
hereby give to her absolutely & in fee simple forever
with full power for her to dispose of it in such manner & at
such time as she shall think fit & expedient, Nor shall
any of the property herein conveyed be responsible for any
future debts which I may contract without the will &
consent of my said wife, Nor shall the issue & increase
of said property, the rent proffits produce & gain thereof
