Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I J.T. Stanfill of the County and State aforesaid
in consideration of three hundred & forty-one dollars and
94 cents to me in hand paid by George W. Kitler of the
County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby give grant, bargain sell and
convey unto the said George W. Kitler his heirs and 
assigns a certain tract of or parcel of land with the
buildings and appurtenances to the same belonging,
situated in said County and bound and described as
follows Lot No 8 Section No four in Township nine south
of Range No twenty-two East containing Sixty-seven acres
and thirty hundredths, To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the George W. Kitler to his heirs
and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever.
And I the said J.T. Stanfill for my self my heirs ex-
ecutors and administrators do covenant with the said
George W. Kitler his heirs and assigns as aforesaid and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant
that I am lawfully seized and possessed in fee simple of the
afore granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the
said George W. Kitler his heirs and assigns as aforesaid and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
