Florida containing one hundred and sixty acres, with all
the privileges and appurtenances to the same in any wise
appertaining or belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid
granted premises unto the said Jane Rawlins her heirs
and assigns to her and their use and behoof forever; and I
the said Peter Sparkman for myself, my heirs, executors
and administrators do covenant with the said Jane
Rawlins her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
in fee of the aforegranted premises that they are free
from all incumbrances that I have good right to sell
and convey the same unto the said Jane Rawlins as
aforesaid and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will warrant and defend the
same unto the said Jane Rawlins her heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whatsoever.

In witness whereof I the said Peter Sparkman^Mary C. Spark-
man his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar to her in hand paid she hereby relinquishes
all her right and title to Dower in the premises
we have hereunto set our hands and seals this the
seventh day of December in the year one thousand eight
hundred and fifty five

Before the subscriber Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County personally appeared on this the 8th
day of November 1855 William Rawlins one of the subscri-
