This Indenture made the third day of December 1855, between
Maxey D. Colson Elisor for Alachua County of the first
part and Daniel B. Coker of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the second part, whereas by virtue
of a certain execution issued out of and under the seal
of Circuit Court of Alachua County tested the 3rd day of July
1855 at the suit of Boston & Villalonga Plaintiffs against
T.J. Prevatt & Co Defendants directed and delivered to the
said Elisor comanding him that of the goods and chat-
tels lands and tenements of the said defendants he should
cause to be made certain moneys in the said writ spec-
ified the said Elisor did levy on and seize all the estate
right title and interest which one Charles L. Wilson as
member of the said firm of T.J. Prevatt & Co Defendants
as aforesaid, so had, of, in, and on the third day of December
1855 sold the said premises at public vendue at the
Court house in the town of Newnansville in said County
having first given public notice at the time and place
of such sale by advertizing the same according to law
at which sale the said premises were struck off to Daniel
B. Coker for the sum of two hundred and five dollars he
being the hightest bidder and that being the hightest sum
bidden for the same, Now this Indenture witnesseth,
That the said party of the first part by virtue of the
said writ and in persuance of the act in such case
made and provided and in consideration of the sum
of money so bidden as aforesaid to him duly paid hath
sold and by these presents doth grant and convey unto
the said party of the second part all the estate right
title and interest which the said Charles L. Wilson
one of the firm of T.J. Prevatt & Co Defendents had on the
said 3rd day of December 1855 of, in, and to all that cer-
tain piece or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit
SE1/4 of S1,& SE1/4 of NW1/4 of S1, & N1/2 of Lot 3, S1 & NE1/4 of S12
S8 S R 18 E & SE1/4 of SW1/4 of S1 T8 S, Range 18 E, containing in
all three hundred and fifty seven 78/100 to have and to hold
the said above mentioned and described premises unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever as fully and absolutly as the said party of the first
part as Elisor as aforesaid can or ought to by virtue of the
said writ and the law relating thereto
In witness whereof the said Elisor as aforesaid hath hereunto
set his hand and seal this 3d December 1855

Before me personally appeared on this 24th March
1856 George W. Boston one of the subscribing witnessess to the foregoing
deed who being duly sworn says he saw the same executed for the Pur-
poses therein mentioned and that he signed the same as a witness
