Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the peace
in and for said County personally came Henry Bradford one
of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of
writing who being duly sworn says that he saw Charles
L. Wilson sign seal and deliver the same for the purposes
therein mentioned and that he signed the same as a wit-
ness

This Indenture made the third day of December 1855 between
Henry Bradford, assignee of the Lewis G. Pyles, party of the first
part and Alexander B. Sanchez of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to him
in him in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted sold bargained and conveyed, and by these 
presents do grant, bargain sell and convey unto the
party of the second part all of that parcel or tract of 
land lying and being in the Town of Newnansville and
County of Alachua and State of Florida, known and des-
cribed as follows. Commencing at the North East corner of
Lot No four running North Fifty two and a half feet,
thence West one hundred and five feet, thence South
Fifty two and a half feet, thence East one hundred and
two feet to the place of beginning, in Block No three (3)
Range No two
          To have and to hold the above granted and
bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof unto
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part, binds himself, his
heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend the above
granted and bargained premises unto the said party of 
the second part, his heirs and assigns against all
claims and demands whatsoever. In witness whereof
the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand 
and seal the day and year first above written

Before me personally appeared on this 8th day of December 1855
Henry Bradford, the above named grantor and acknowledged
that he signed the foregoing Indenture for the purposes therein
