effectual conveying of the said premise, with appertanances, as may be
reasonable required by him or them, and the said Enoch T. Gieger
as his heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and defend the

Know all men by these presents I, Julia Gieger the
wife of Enoch T. Gieger the grantor of the foregoing deed for
the conveyance of Real Estate, for and in consideration of the premises
in said records deed recited, and in further consideration of the
sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid by George B. Ellis the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do renounce, release, and relinquish
unto the said George B. Ellis all my right claim or equity of Dower in
and to the premises by said deed of conveyance, as fully and absolutely
as I might or could do the same, Witness my hand and seal this 16th
