between sd section 36 ad 31 thence west on the north
line of section 31 aforesaid to a corner established between
the aforesaid, C.B. Jones and Samuel Boykin, thence
south to the place of beginning, the whole aforesaid
tract of land is described by the aforesaid boundaries
supposed by estimation to contain nine hundred acres
more or less, together with all the appurtenances and
buildings thereto annexed, and the rents issues and
profits thereof. To have and to hold the said lot of
land, the buildings, improvements and appurtenances
hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with
the appurtenances unto the said Robert A. Child his heirs
or assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the
said Robert A. Child, his heirs or assigns forever
 Provided always nevertheless, that if the said Sam-
uel Boykin, his heirs Executors or administrators, shall
and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid to
the said Robert A. Child his heirs Executors admin-
istrators or assigns the aforesaid debt or sum of
seven thousand six hundred and sixty six 66/100
dollars, with interest on the days and times in the said
several promissory notes hereinbefore mentioned and
appointed for payment thereof without further de-
lay and without any deduction therefrom, then and
from thenceforth as well this present Indenture and 
the Estate thereby granted as the said promissory notes
shall cease, determine, and become absolutely null
and void, to all intents and purposes, any thing
herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding
  In witness whereof the said Samuel Boykin
hath hereunto subscribed his hand and affixed his
seal the day and year first above written

County of Alachua } Be it remembered that on the 11th day
of February 1854, before me the subscriber one of the Justices
of the peace in and for the County and State aforesaid, came
the within named Samuel Boykin personally to me well
known and acknowledged the within written Indenture
of Mortgage to be his act and deed and desired that the
same might be recorded as such according to law
