Alachua County   )   "Know all men by these presents that I 
William Harn of said state and county for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Six hundred and fourty dollars to me
in hand paid by Noble A. Strobhar of said state and county the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.  I hereby grant bargain 
sell release convey and forever quitclaim unto the said Noble A. 
Strobhar his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land 
lying being and situate in said county and state designated and 
known in the official plat of the survey of the same by the 
United States of America as the south east quarter of section(11) 
Township seven (7) south of Range 18 (18) East containing in 
all one hundred and fifty nine 89/100 acres.  159 89/100 more or less 
together with all the privilidges and appurtenances there to belong
ing or in any wise appertaining.  To have and to hold the above
tract or parcel of land herein described and set forth with all 
the singular the appurtenances with the said Noble A. Strobhar 
his heirs and assigns forever.  And I do covenant here by for 
my self, my heirs executors administrators and assigns that the said 
Noble A Strobhar his heirs executors administrators and assigns that
the said land and premises are free from all encumberances 
whatsover and that I will and my heirs executors and ad
ministrators shall forever warrant and defend the same to 
the said Noble A Strobhar his heirs and assigns against the 
lawful claims of all persons claiming under me   
And I the said William Harn do hereby further for the above 
consideration assign **** the said Noble A Strobhar all my 
claim upon the amount of money paid the Govt. of the United States 
for said tract or parcel of land.
                  Witness my hand and seal this twenty sixth 
day of November AD 1855.

Rebecca Harn wife of the within named William Harn in con
sideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by 
the within named Noble A Strobhar of said state and county at 
or the execution of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged and for divers other good causes and considerations 
are therewith moving hath remised released and forever quitclaim
ed and by these presents doth for herself her heirs executros and 
administrators remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said 
Noble A. Strobhar his heirs assigns all the owner and right 
and claim and demand whatsover both at law and in equity 
of her the said Rebecca Harn which she now hath or which 
she or her executors or administrators can or may at any time 
hereafter have claim or demand of in the or out of all 
and singular the said land an premises by the within indenture.
